Robinson Island Charter  in Orange Beach, AL

Robinson Island is one of the most fun places in the area to hang out. It’s always packed full of boats and people having the time of their lives. Unless you’ve seen it, it’s hard to describe just how fun it really is.

People of all ages anchor on or near the island to float, drink, swim, and just hang out. Robinson Island is a party that you don’t want to miss! If you visited Orange Beach without visiting Robinson Island, then you haven’t really experienced Orange Beach.

Okay, okay, we’ll stop raving about the place. You get it. It’s a fun time, but what if you don’t have a way to get there? That’s where we come in.

We provide Robinson Island Charters for you and whoever else you can fit on the boat with us! Our Charters are a hassle-free experience. Simply bring a cooler packed full of your favorite drinks and snacks and hop on.

Our captains will act as your private taxi for the day so you can focus on relaxing and having fun. It’s all too common for vacations to turn into stress. Leave the stress behind and let one of our captains remove the hassle of renting and driving a boat. We offer full-day and half-day charters.

What's Included?

Our Robinson Island Charters come with everything you need for a perfect day out on the water. We have high-quality 12-passenger party boats with experienced drivers. All of our boats come equipped with Bluetooth speakers, paddleboards, lilly pads, and other floats and toys. Our charter to Robinson Island is an adventure that you won’t want to miss out on.

You're more than welcome to bring your own drinks. But if you’re like most people, you would probably rather avoid having to buy ice, buy drinks, pack your own cooler, and haul it to and from the car. To avoid this, you can stop by our shop and buy whatever you may need, including alcoholic beverages (no drinking and driving, of course) and snacks.

Buying ice with us is a no-brainer. It’s one less stop on the way here, and on top of that it will last longer. It is obviously crucial to maximize the lifespan of your ice, otherwise your food and drinks could go bad. By buying ice at the same location as your boat, you will avoid wasting part of your ice’s lifespan during a car ride. We have plenty of ice, so no need to worry. Buy as much as you like.

Orange Beach Water Adventures has all types of sunscreens. From sprays and creams, to cheap stuff to organic mineral sunscreen, we have it all. Whether you need tanning oil with 0.3 SPF or heavy duty pasty lotion with an SPF of 115, we have you covered. Drop on by before you pull out, and protect yourself from those harsh UV rays.

Another included item that seems to be a huge hit is our lilly pads. Like our paddleboards, they are included on every Robinson Island Charter at no extra cost. Lilly pads are long floating mats, and they are really fun to play on. We can’t explain why…they just are. In addition to the lilly pads, we also have other toys and floats that you can bring along with you for no extra charge.

Are you ready to experience the lively atmosphere of Robinson Island? Book one of our private charters in Orange Beach, AL! Our boats come fully equipped with everything you need to make the most of your sun-soaked day out on the water. Don’t get out on the water without a plan! Our captains are experienced, our boats are well-maintained, and we take all the leg work out for you. What is Robinson Island?

Robinson Island is a sandbar that was purchased by the City of Orange beach in 2003. One of the main reasons this island was bought was to preserve it. Robinson Island and its neighbor, Bird Island (just a stone’s throw away), are of ecological importance. They are a sanctuaries for aquatic birds and plants.

In fact, a restoration project was completed in 2025 that included planting over 200,000 native plants. Herons and terns specifically have protected nesting grounds on Robinson Island.

After the purchase of the island in 2003, it began to explode in popularity. Now that it has been saved from corporate real estate development, it is permanently open to boaters.

Robinson Island has become the main hangout spot for recreational boaters. During the summer months, you will see hundreds of boats gathered around this island. Come on down and visit. You will have a blast!

Is Robinson Island for me?

When you close your eyes and picture a “beach vacation”, what do you see? Do you see yourself on the beach with your eyes closed, low noise, and no plans of moving a muscle for the next 4 hours? If that’s you, then Robinson Island may not be your speed. But if you hear music blasting, cans cracking, and people laughing, then Robinson Islands is perfect for you!
